Bunk Barns
For guests looking to explore the Lakes District on a budget or enjoy a sleepover with friends we have two budget bunk barns. The price of the rooms includes hearty breakfast for everyone and they are a great option for larger groups, divide the price by the number in your group and they work out remarkably good value. Despite being low cost and simple they are extremely comfortable. One sleeps four guests in two bunk beds and the other six guests in three bunk beds sharing three separate shower/bathrooms.

If you're wanting budget, we have characterful rooms with a contemporary feel in a bunk barn setting using bunk beds for 4 or 6 people compromising 2 or 3 comfy bunk beds with individually sprung hotel mattresses and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows, a lockable locker per person, tea and coffee making facilities, shared but individual shower and toilet cubicles , complimentary toiletries, free WiFi and a view of the beck and mountains.
