Our Tipping Policy

Sometimes it's a little confusing what a hotel's tipping policy is, so we thought we'd outline our policy just to be clear.

In line with Government proposals, which are set to become law, 100% of the tips that are generously given by guests go directly to our team and they split it equally based on a pro-rata of the hours they have worked.

When you check out of the hotel, the credit card machine will offer you an option to tip either a percentage of the bill or a single cash amount, there is also a no option as well if you prefer not to tip using the card machine.

If you would prefer to leave cash during or at the end of your stay, that too is split amongst the team.

However, please don't feel obliged at any point, as we understand tipping is completely at the guests discretion.
