Supplements:

Weekends; We make an additional charge of £4.00 per person per night for every Friday & Saturday and any Sunday over a Bank Holiday. These charges are waived during late January, February & November : and on stays of 6 or more nights.
Single Occupancy; of double/twin ensuite £72.00 by arrangement only

Terms:

Children < 18 sharing a room with two adults are at half price. (quarter price under 5; babies nominal).
B &B not normally accepted, reductions only at management discretion.
Bookings should normally be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations made seven days before arrival will incur a 35% charge, within 48 hours full price is payable. Please consider travel insurance.
Prices include 20% VAT & held subject to moderate changes in RPI.
Payment Cash and Debit Cards are welcome. We levy a small charge for Credit Cards.
Gratuities are at guest's discretion; no service charge is made
