Terms:

• Children sharing a room with two adults are at half price. (quarter price under 5; babies nominal).
• B &B not normally accepted, reductions only at management discretion.
• Bookings should normally be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations will incur a 35% charge if the room is not re let.
• Prices include 17.5% VAT & held subject to moderate changes in RPI.
• Payment Cash and cheques are welcome. We levy a small charge for Credit Cards.
• Gratuities are at guest's discretion; no service charge is made

Supplements:

• Weekends; We make an additional charge of £4.00 per person per night for every Friday & Saturday and any Sunday over a Bank Holiday. These charges are waived during late January, February & November : and on stays of 6 or more nights.
• Single Occupancy; of double/twin ensuite £65.00 by arrangement only
